HAPPENING NOW THRU APRIL 8th!

Your membership dollars help Spring Hill Historic Home in so many ways! To keep this 200-year old site ready for school tours, summer tours, picnics, concerts, and special events, Spring Hill Historic Home must maintain its buildings and grounds. In 2025 we are raising funds through memberships and donations for:

• “A Firm Foundation” – Our 1821 farmhouse is in need of structural restoration including its foundation, porch floor, and south-facing siding.
• “I Shudder at the Thought” – of seeing the house shutters in such disrepair! Since we are on the National Register of Historic Places, we need period-appropriate, wooden-slat shutters. Several on the home need repaired or replaced.
• “Shut the Barn Door!” – Our barn is in need of barn door repair so guests can enjoy the renovated interior for gatherings, picnics, and concerts.
• “Raise the Roof!” – The barn roof needs weatherized and patched after enduring some rough weather over the years.
• “Come to the Garden” – The stone wall of our beautiful garden needs shored up as, over time, the stone has crumbled and bowed.
• “The Grass is Always Greener” – as long as you have the right tools! Spring Hill Historic Home’s grounds require a LOT of maintenance. We’ve used hand-me-down gardening tools for quite some time. We would like to equip the site with more up-to-date tools such as weed-trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, spades, watering cans, and a push mower so that our volunteers, who are the backbone of maintaining the grounds, can safely and more effectively make Spring Hill shine!

Most membership levels also receive complimentary guest passes to share with your family and friends to involve more of the community in Spring Hill.
