Board of Trustees
Spring Hill is seeking qualified candidates to serve on our Board of Trustees. Our organization is rebuilding and reprioritizing its efforts in order to better serve our mission and membership through developing a strategic plan.
Board service with Spring Hill is a unique and rewarding opportunity to serve a local not-for-profit organization for the preservation and stewardship of one of Massillon’s oldest historic properties.
Applicants should prepare to dedicate at least 3-5 hours per month to board service, which typically includes but is not limited to: Monthly all-board meetings (11-12 per calendar year), special meetings (strategic planning), committee meetings (if applicable), helping at events, and reviewing emailed correspondence.

- Determine if you are ready to complete the candidate form and explore the opportunity further.
- Complete the board candidate form and submit your request to director@springhillhistorichome.org.
- The Board Chair will be in contact to schedule a brief interview with two individuals from the organization. Please bring any questions that you have!
- Final candidates will be selected and notified after nominations are brought before the Board of Trustees at the next upcoming meeting.
